Patriarchal Blessing of James William Huntsman
I acquired a copy of the original patriarchal blessing of James William Huntsman. This blessing was given to him by Hyrum Smith, brother of Joseph Smith and Patriarch of the Church at the time of the blessing. Descendants of James William Huntsman can request a copy of the blessing through LDS.org
This is a photo of Hyrum Ralston Sr. and Emeline Hunt Huntsman and their youngest daughter. Hyrum Ralston, Sr. is a son of James William and Hannah Davis Huntsman. Last year, I visited Sam Singleton in Ferron, Utah. The daughter pictured here is his mother. She is the youngest child of my great, great, grandparents! Wow, to think that I met one of my great, great grandparents' grandsons. It's an amazing thought for me to consider.
